This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Kevenz's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

● Items must include original packaging
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality related warranty claims, Kevenz refunds the cost of purchasing the product itself
● Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items after this 30-day window has lapsed.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Kevenz or Kevenz's authorized resellers are covered by an 3-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through Kevenz's authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Kevenz.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Process:

● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase

● Kevenz must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product

● The defective item's serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

● It may be necessary to return the item for quality inspection

Valid proof of purchase:

● Order number from online purchases made through Kevenz or Kevenz's authorized resellers

● Sales invoice

● Dated sales receipt from an authorized Kevenz reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that are no longer within their original warranty timeframe or the 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

● Buyer's accidental returns

● Returning personal items

● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Kevenz quality control to be in working condition

● Returning defective items using international shipping

● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase

● Lost or stolen products

● Items that have expired their warranty period

● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

● Free products

● Repairs through 3rd parties

● Damage from outside sources

● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

● Purchases from unauthorized resellers

Kevenz is not liable for:

● Loss of data incurred from use of Kevenz products

● Returning personal items sent to Kevenz

When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Kevenz, Kevenz takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Kevenz does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

With regards to pricing, Kevenz reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Kevenz Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing page.

Should Kevenz reduce its price on any Kevenz-branded product within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an Kevenz Retail Store or contact the Kevenz Contact Center at (626) 456 2688 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Kevenz within 5 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Thrifty Thursday . . . okay, we made that last one up).

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Kevenz’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Kevenz Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Kevenz cancels an order after you have already been billed, Kevenz will refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Kevenz’s control once it leaves our facilities, Kevenz cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

In-Store Pickup and Return

Kevenz offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup.

Kevenz will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Kevenz may cancel it. Please click here for complete details about in-store pickup.

Third-Party Pickup

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and confirmation email or order number for pickup. Kevenz is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only

The Kevenz Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the Kevenz Store for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so. And we’re pretty good at figuring that out . . .

U.S. Shipping Only

Products purchased online from Kevenz will only be shipped to addresses within the U.S. and are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Kevenz may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Kevenz reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Kevenz confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Kevenz will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Payment Options

The Payment & Pricing page describes the various methods you can use to pay for products at the Kevenz Store. The Kevenz Online Store also allows you to pay via Express Checkout. By activating and using Express Checkout, you agree to all of the terms set forth in this Sales Policy. Please note that if you use a public computer or otherwise share a computer with other users, you should turn off Express Checkout when you leave the computer. Or you may end up buying far more than you expected.

Gift Cards

Kevenz Store Gift Cards are issued and managed by Kevenz INC and can be applied only to purchases from an Kevenz Retail Store, the Kevenz Online Store, or the Kevenz Contact Center in the U.S. Gift Cards may not be redeemed at the amazon or ebay Store, at any Kevenz resellers, for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside the U.S. Neither the issuer nor Kevenz is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission. Keep them close; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them.

Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new Kevenz product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Seems obvious, but we wanted to be sure you knew.
