Q1: What should I do if I don't know how to use the devices after receiving them?

Q2: Is $229.99 the purchase price for these three devices?

A: No. This is a subscription service. The annual fee entitles you to use the three devices for one year, along with after-sales services (including two free replacements, technical support, etc.). Device ownership always remains with the company. If you do not renew after your service term expires, after-sales services will terminate, but you do not need to return the devices – you may keep them.


Q3: Can I choose the three device types myself?

A: Absolutely. You can select "Choose for myself" in the survey questionnaire, then freely combine the quantities of 【Underguard】, 【Orchard Sentry】, and 【Indoor Shield】 as long as the total is three. For example: 3 Underguard units, or 2 Orchard Sentry + 1 Indoor Shield – any combination works.


Q4: Is the free replacement really completely free?

A: Yes. Within the two free replacement opportunities per year, you only need to pay the one-way shipping cost to return the old device to us – no handling fees or deposits. Simply submit a request online, and we will handle the rest of the logistics and shipping.


Q5: If one of my three devices breaks and I request a replacement, does that count as one replacement or three?

A: Replacements are counted per device. When you submit a request, you are applying to replace one specific device, which uses one free replacement opportunity. If all three devices need replacement, you must submit separate requests for each replacement, as the number of devices replaced per request cannot exceed 50% of the devices you own.


Q6: Are the replacement devices brand new?

A: Not necessarily brand new. We operate a circulation model. The replacement device you receive may be a professionally inspected, cleaned, disinfected, and functionally calibrated used device. We guarantee it is fully functional and performs to the same standards as a new device.


Q7: What happens if I forget to return the old device?

A: If you fail to return the old device within 30 days after requesting a replacement, the system will automatically cancel your replacement request, but it will still consume one of your replacement opportunities.


Q8: After the service term ends, if I do not renew, do I need to return the devices? Will after-sales services continue?

A: You do not need to return the devices – you may keep them. However, after-sales services (including free replacements, repairs, and technical support) will terminate immediately. If a device fails after that, you will need to handle it yourself, and we will no longer provide any support.


Q9: After renewal, do I need to exchange my devices for new ones?

A: No. After renewal, the service benefits for your existing devices will automatically resume. Your free replacement count will reset to 2, and technical support will be reactivated. No device exchange is needed – it is a seamless transition.


Q10: If I skip a year of renewal and later want to use the service again, what should I do?

A: You will need to pay the $229.99 annual fee again. Since your existing devices have been out of service for too long, we will ship you 3 brand new devices and begin a new service cycle. Your original devices will no longer be eligible for any services.


Q11: Do I really never have to touch dead rodents?

A: Yes. Our devices are designed with sealed containment and disposal in mind. You only need to periodically check the device indicator lights – no need to open and clean (depending on the model, it can operate for a long time without cleaning), or you can simply discard and replace the entire sealed collection box. Zero contact throughout.


Q12: What if I'm not sure which three devices to choose?

A: You can contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with effective recommendations.
