1. DTC Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced DTC Sales Manager to take full responsibility for KEVENZ's direct-to-consumer sales operations in the U.S. market. You will lead the operation, promotion, and growth of our DTC website, driving the entire customer journey from traffic acquisition to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Fully manage the day-to-day operations and sales activities of the U.S. DTC website, including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and execute DTC channel promotion plans, integrating traffic sources such as social media, search engines, and email marketing
- Analyze website data (conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate, etc.) to continuously optimize user experience and the sales funnel
- Manage the customer lifecycle to improve retention and repeat purchases
- Collaborate with product, content, and customer service teams to achieve sales targets
- Track industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations for growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of DTC sales experience in the U.S. market, with hands-on experience in full-scale management
- Familiar with U.S. DTC website operations and promotion models (experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus)
- Knowledge of major traffic channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, KOL collaborations, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to drive data-informed sales decisions
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. (W2 eligible)
2. Video Platform Promotion Specialist
Job Description:
Responsible for content strategy and promotion of KEVENZ on major U.S. video and social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) to increase brand visibility and user conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce short videos and promotional content tailored to U.S. audience habits
- Independently handle video editing, effects, subtitles, and post-production
- Track platform analytics, optimize content strategy, and improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the operations team to drive brand growth in the North American market
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
- Deep understanding of U.S. video and social media ecosystems and user behavior
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a related role in the U.S.
- Must provide successful work samples (portfolio or performance data) at the interview
3. Business Assistant
Job Description:
Support the brand's social media promotion in the U.S. market or assist with DTC sales management to drive multi-channel growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop content plans to increase follower engagement and brand presence
- Or assist with DTC sales process management, channel coordination, and data analysis
- Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in social media promotion (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- OR experience in DTC sales management
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (combined experience acceptable)
