Thank you for shopping on our website. To protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following Return, Refund, and Shipping Fee Policy.

I. Basic Conditions for Return/Refund

If your order status is:

- Delivered: You may apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
- Undelivered: You may apply for a refund (no return required).
- Shipped: Order cannot be cancelled or returned.

If your order status is "Awaiting Payment Confirmation", "Payment Successful", "Payment Failed", or "Not Shipped", you may apply to cancel the order (see Section V).

II. Return Process for Delivered Orders

2.1 Applying for a Return

Within 30 days after the order status shows "Delivered", you may apply for a return.

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to the order details page.
2. Click the "Request Return" button.
3. Select the product condition (please select truthfully):
 - New
 - Opened
 - Used
 - Damaged
4. Select a return reason:
 - Ordered by mistake
 - Better price available
 - Product not working
 - Item not as expected

After submission, your order status will change to "Return Request Pending", and the return button will no longer be displayed.

2.2 Review and Return Label

We will complete the review within 24 hours:

- Approved: You must ship the product back according to the return instructions.
- Rejected: We will inform you of the reason.

2.3 Failure to Ship Back on Time

If you do not ship the product back within 30 days after receiving the return label, the return request will be rejected, the return button will be permanently disabled, and you will not be able to apply for a return for that order again.

III. Shipping Fees, Handling Fees, and Refund Rules by Return Reason (Important)

3.1 Return Reason: Wrong Purchase / No Longer Wanted / No Longer Needed

- Product has no signs of use and can be resold: Buyer bears shipping fee + 10% of total order price as order handling fee; the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Product shows signs of use and cannot be resold: No refund.

Example: Order total of $100.00, shipping fee $10.00. If the product can be resold → You pay $10.00  shipping + $10.00  handling fee ($20.00 total deduction), refund $80.00.

3.2 Return Reason: Product Not Working

- Product has no signs of use and is indeed not working: Full refund.
- Product shows signs of use, but is returned under this reason and can be resold: Buyer bears shipping fee + 10% of total order price as order handling fee; remaining amount refunded.
- Product shows signs of use and cannot be resold: No refund.

Please be sure to select the return reason truthfully. Returned products will be inspected. If false declaration of "product not working" is found, the above rules will apply.

IV. Refund Process for Undelivered Orders

If your order status is "Undelivered" and this status persists for more than 30 days:

- You may apply for a refund (no return required).
- After our review and confirmation, we will issue a full refund.

Note: Undelivered status is typically caused by incorrect address, multiple delivery attempts with no recipient, refusal to accept, etc.

V. Order Cancellation

5.1 Situations Where Cancellation Is Allowed

You may apply to cancel the order when the order status is one of the following:

- Awaiting Payment Confirmation
- Payment Successful
- Payment Failed
- Shipping Label Created

5.2 How to Cancel

1. Go to the order details page and click the "Cancel Order" button.
2. System prompt: Application successful, awaiting system review.

5.3 Review Results

- Awaiting Payment Confirmation / Payment Failed: System automatically cancels, order status changes to "Cancelled".
- Payment Successful, Not Shipped: System automatically issues a full refund.
- Shipping Label Created: After sales approval, the order is cancelled, the shipping label is voided, and a full refund is issued.

5.4 Withdrawing a Cancellation Request

- If the order status is "Cancelled" due to your own cancellation request, you can click the "Withdraw Cancellation" button to restore the order.
- Once the cancellation request is approved by sales (status changes to "Cancellation Approved"), you cannot withdraw the request.

5.5 Situations Where Cancellation Is Not Allowed

If the order status is one of the following, you cannot cancel the order:

- Shipped
- Delivered
- Undelivered

The system will prompt: "Cancellation failed. Order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled."

VI. Refund Information

- Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
- Refund processing time: Within 24 hours after financial confirmation.
- Actual arrival time depends on the payment channel (typically 1–7 business days).

VII. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Who bears the return shipping fee?
A: It depends on the return reason. If the reason is "Product Not Working" and the claim is verified, the platform bears the shipping fee. If the reason is "Wrong Purchase / No Longer Wanted / No Longer Needed", you bear the shipping fee and a 10% handling fee.

Q2: What is the 10% order handling fee for?
A: It covers order processing, payment channel, manual review, and other related costs.

Q3: If the product has been used but can still be resold, can I still return it?
A: Yes, but the shipping fee and 10% handling fee will be deducted according to the rules. If the product cannot be resold, no refund will be issued.

Q4: If the product is indeed not working but I have already opened and used it, can I get a full refund?
A: No. If you return a used product under the reason "Product Not Working" and the product can be resold, the shipping fee and 10% handling fee will be deducted. If it cannot be resold, no refund will be issued. We recommend checking the product's functionality as soon as you receive it.
